For a bunch of workarounds and special cases we want PIPE_CONTROL not
RESOURCE_BARRIER. We want emit_apply_pipe_flushes() to be mostly for
application barriers.

These are a ton more convenient. When the TCS and TES were linked
together, the legacy layouts were a hassle, but didn't impose any
significant cost. With unlinked TCS and TES, the legacy layouts
involve significant runtime code for scrambling the data, whereas
the reversed layouts are substantially less overhead.

Apparently various tessellation parameters come specified from
TESS_EVAL stage in GLSL while they come from the TESS_CTRL stage in
HLSL.
We switch to store the tesselation params more like shader_info with 0
values for unspecified fields. That let's us merge it with a simple OR
with values from from tcs/tes and the resulting merge can be used for
state programming.

Based on git history thhese appears to be a subset of
`anv_batch_emit_batch`, so I've structured the code similarly, if
`anv_batch_emit_dwords` returns `nullptr`, we just move on without
copying the memory.

It doesn't make any sense ot have TCS but not TES (or vice versa), but
coverity doesn't realize that. Add an assertion that they are both
non-null before we start reading them.

Commit d2f7b6d5 changed the BLEND_STATE update process so that only
the used render targets will be updated. This mostly works fine, but
in cases when the Dual Source Blending was used previously, we still
must turn it off to avoid the undefined behavior that leads to hangs.

Tessellation factors have to be written dynamically (based on the next
shader primitive topology) and the builtins read using a dynamic
offset (based on the preceeding shader's VUE).
Anv is updated to use this new infrastructure for dynamic
patch_control_points.

Previously we had 2 stages :
runtime -> precomputed values -> packing/emission
With this change we use 3 stages :
runtime -> precomputed values -> packing -> emission
Now blorp & other changes to the pipeline should not retrigger
repacking of instructions.

The vulkan runtime doesn´t store this parameter in the dynamic state
(since it's not a dynamic state). Just capture it at compile time and
leave on the wm_prog_data.

On Gfx9 we only use 2 L3 config depending on SLM use or not. So it's
the same config for all Gfx pipelines.
On Gfx11+ there is only one config (since SLM is allocated from
somewhere else).
So avoid store this on the pipeline, pick the config when flushing the
pipeline.

So don't redefine it with the same name, but use the name UNREACHABLE()
to also signify it's a macro.
Using a different name also makes sense because the behavior of the
macro was extending the one of __builtin_unreachable() anyway, and it
also had a different signature, accepting one argument, compared to the
standard unreachable() with no arguments.
This change improves the chances of building mesa with the C23 standard,
which for instance is the default in recent AOSP versions.
All the instances of the macro, including the definition, were updated
with the following command line:

When the FS requires it, set the VertexAttributeBypass and
LegacyBaryAssignmentDisable bits accordingly.
Also program the provoking vertex to give us the per-vertex attributes
in the order the Vulkan specification dictates, and track its dynamic
value for the FS to pick up constant interpolated inputs correctly.

The 2 helpers we're using for doing internal operations (copies,
command generation, etc...) can work on command buffers or lower level
batches.
When working with command buffers, the helpers should set the
preemption using genX(cmd_buffer_set_preemption) so that whatever
operation comes after toggles the state back to what it needs and we
minimize the toggles.
When working with batchs, the helpers should disable preemption using
genX(batch_set_preemption) and turn it back on when done.

Mesh shaders have per vertex block in URB pretty much identical to the
VUE format. Let's just reuse that concept to do all of our layout in
the payload attribute registers. This will ensure that we have
consistent VUE layout between Mesh & non-Mesh pipelines.
We need a new way of laying out the VUE though as we have to
accomodate a HW constraint of maximum (per-primitive + per-vertex) of
32 varying. This means we cannot have 2 locations in the payload for
things like PrimitiveID which can come from either the per-primitive
or the per-vertex block. The new layout places the PrimitiveID at the
end of the per-vertex attributes and shrinks the delivery dynamically
if the mesh stage is active. The shader is compiled with a
MOV_INDIRECT to read the PrimitiveID from the right location in the
attributes.

Some upcoming changes in the runtime will make it impossible to rely
on the pipeline or runtime information to know whether a fragment
shader has input attachments.
Instead we gather that information at compile time and store it in our
shader bind_map.
At runtime we check whether the fragment shader has input attachments
and whether those map to the runtime depth/stencil input attachments
to set the 3DSTATE_PS_EXTRA::PixelShaderKillsPixel.
