e3d1f27b31 radv: add radv_disable_dcc_stores and enable for Indiana Jones: The Great Circle
Likely a game bug but can't be 100% sure because the game uses RT by
default and renderdoc still doesn't have support for it.

6b671d4dab radv: remove redundant drirc for incorrect dual-source blending
The pass that lowers PS outputs has been rewritten since 45d8cd037a
("ac/nir: rewrite ac_nir_lower_ps epilog to fix dual src blending
with mono PS") to handle invalid uses of dual-source blending.

This drirc used to workaround game bugs on GFX11 only should no longer
be necessary.

cf36fc134e radv: Set dump flags in a smarter way by default.
If shader stages are specified but compilation stages aren't,
dump NIR, backend IR and disassembly.

If compilation stages are specified but shader stages aren't,
dump all shader stages.

The new debug flags can make the output less overwhelming

2f13723c0a radv: add a new drirc option to disable DCC for mips and enable it for RDR2
The game aliases two images. It binds a memory object to two different
images, the first one being an image with 4 mips and the second with
only one mip but the bind offset is incorrect. It's like it queried
the first image size with different usage flags, so that DCC was
disabled.

Force disabling DCC for mips fixes the incorrect rendering and doesn't
hurt performance.

9f8684359f radv: implement VK_EXT_device_generated_commands
The major differences compared to the NV extensions are:
- support for the sequence index as push constants
- support for draw with count tokens (note that DrawID is zero for
  normal draws)
- support for raytracing
- support for IES (only compute is supported for now)
- improved preprocessing support with the state command buffer param

The NV DGC extensions were only enabled for vkd3d-proton and it will
maintain both paths for a while, so they can be replaced by the EXT.

It's been two Mesa releases since this fast-launch mode2 has been fixed
on GFX11 and everything works as expected. The option is no longer
needed, note that GFX12 only has mode2 apparently.

d3ff76d27b radv: Synchronize shader dumping
When RADV_DEBUG=shaders is set, printing e.g. different NIR shaders from
different threads at the same time makes the output unreadable. Use a mutex
to synchronize shader dumping so that all shaders get printed in once piece.

Since we're writing everything to a file or terminal anyway, the
performance impact of forcing singlethreaded compilation is negligible.

74955dbed7 radv: enable VK_EXT_shader_object by default
This has been a long and painful extension to implement but finally
RADV has support for it on all supported generations. It's passing
VKCTS and GLCTS through Zink but the number of application using ESO
is currently very limited.

This adds RADV_DEBUG=noeso to disable it for debugging purposes.

4d4b1820ca radv: add radv_force_pstate_peak_gfx11_dgpu and enable it for Helldivers 2
This seems to definitely improve stability issues (random GPU hangs)
with Helldivers 2 on RDNA3 dGPUs. RDNA3 APUs and other generations
shouldn't be affected.

This is a workaround.

991ae339f5 radv: Implement NIR caching behind RADV_PERFTEST=nircache.
NIR caching is useful for two use cases:
- Shader permutations involving reused VS or FS.
- GPL-like engine that compiles a separate (library) variant and an
  optimized (monolithic) variant, e.g. DXVK.

By caching the result of radv_shader_spirv_to_nir, permutations hitting
the cache can have their compilation time reduced by 50% or more.

There are still open questions about the memory and storage footprint of
NIR caches, which is why this is gated behind a perftest flag. In
particular, Steam doesn't want to ship NIR cache since they are
unnecessary in presence of a full precompiled shader cache. In this
commit, the cache entries do not reside in memory and are immediately
written to the disk. Further design around how the caches are stored and
how to coordinate cache type with Steam etc. is left as future work.

4ab6d7e753 wsi/x11: Add drirc option to ignore SUBOPTIMAL.
Talos Principle and related games on that engine fail to handle
SUBOPTIMAL properly. Adds an option to ignore SUBOPTIMAL and pretend
it's SUCCESS.

a9831caa14 radv/rt: Add workaround to make leaves always active
DOOM Eternal builds acceleration structures with inactive primitives and
tries to make them active in later AS updates. This is disallowed by the
spec and triggers a GPU hang. Fix the hang by working around the bug.

eaf61adea5 radv: Add option to clear LDS at the end of a shader.
Only shaders which explicitly allow shared memory are included for
now. The pass is very late to avoid optimizations removing the stores
and to ensure the clear gets added after MS outputs get loaded from LDS.

f1817ab7e0 radv,vtn,driconf: Add and use radv_rt_ssbo_non_uniform workaround for Crysis 2/3 Remastered
Crysis 2 and 3 Remastered's RT shaders non-uniformly index into SSBO
descriptor arrays without specifying the NonUniformEXT qualifier on the
relevant access chains/load ops. This leads to artifacts around objects.

To add insult to injury, the game fails to provide a meaningful
applicationName/engineName in the Vulkan part of the DX11-Vulkan interop
solution used for RT. Both of these fields are set to "nvpro-sample"
(perhaps the code has been copied from NVIDIA's sample applications).
Therefore, fall back to executable name matching.

b2e8095d6d radv: Add workaround to allow sparse binding on gfx queues.
For working around improper usage of sparse in DOOM Eternal.

When fully explicit sync sparse binding is implemented, this path will
remain implicit sync to also deal with the improper semaphore usage.
radv_queue_submit_bind_sparse_memory will likely get a bool parameter to
control explicit / implicit sync in that case.
