23af6d3d35 radeonsi: add another aux context for uploading shaders 
When the first auxiliary context is locked and wants to compile and upload
a shader asynchronously, we need to use another auxiliary context
in the compiler thread because the first one is locked at that point.

This adds an array of auxiliary contexts into si_screen and changes how aux
contexts are accessed.

7d67e10b02 radeonsi: remove splitting IBs that use too much memory 
It was needed for r300, not so much for GCN/RDNA.
This reduces draw overhead.

4f047c9583 radeonsi: Copy all planes with multi-plane staging textures 
Multi-plane format textures are allocated as a single buffer
for all planes, so when mapping first plane it will map
all planes.
However, when staging texture is used, only the first
plane will be available.

When asked to map first plane of multi-plane texture,
create a staging texture with matching multi-plane format
and copy all planes on map/unmap.

68735f4e86 treewide: use uint64_t / (u)intptr_t in image address calculations 
16K * 16K * 16bpp = 4G, which overflows int32, so layer_stride needs to
have 64 bits. More generally, any "byte_stride * height" computation
can overflow int32.

Use (u)intptr_t in some gallium and st/mesa places where we do CPU access.
Use uint64_t otherwise.

46d2655a18 radeonsi: add AMD_DEBUG=extra_md 
When this debug flag is set, the driver sets the umd metadata for
all color textures and enables the use of extended metadata.

Extended metadata allows umr to import textures and setting these
on all color texture allows to import non-exported textures
(eg: dGPU draw surface when DRI_PRIME=1 is used).

7f94b80001 ac/surface: introduce umd metadata v2 
Update the metadata format. For gfx8- chips nothing change.

For gfx9 chips:
* for textures without a valid modifier a dw is added at index=10
  containing the stride
* for textures with a valid modifier the modifier is stored at
  index 10 and 11. Then the number of planes is stored at 12.
  Then for each plane the offset and the stride are stored.

The goal here is to be able to create textures from dmabuf from
umr - without these changes this is impossible because these
values can't be guessed.

The new layout is compatible with version=1 so old/new UMD can
be used together without issues and isn't used by default.
For radeonsi, it will be possible to use it with a AMD_DEBUG=...
option.

a42be1efdc radeonsi: allow texture_map to upload only 1 sample for MSAA instead of all 
Reuse the level parameter to do that, which allows us to keep
the pipe_transfer size unchanged. It's kinda hacky, but it's the simplest
way to do it. This will be used by the blit test to initialize MSAA textures.

b75ef3815f radeonsi: use helpers to access si_screen::aux_context 
This avoids to mistakenly use the context without locking it first.

The aux_context_lock needs to become a recursive one now, since
si_texture_get_handle can call si_reallocate_texture_inplace which
uses resource_create which may use the aux_context too.

80974a5f1e radeonsi: fix depth stencil multi sample texture blit 
This causes the flushed_depth_texture is allocated without
multi sample. So the blit will cause VM fault.

8791e831b1 marked imported prime buffers as uncached (useful when prime
buffer is allocated by the display GPU), but they should also be created
as uncached (useful when allocated by the render GPU).
