b18cf54f0d intel: Early exit from inst_is_in_block().
Surely the compiler would sort that out, you would think. But no, my
debugoptimized build improves
dEQP-GLES31.functional.ubo.random.all_per_block_buffers.13 runtime by 25%
on my SKL from this change.

This was the slowest test in the GLES31 tests on APL in CI, at 22s. And
yes, we were spending around half of our runtime in this function.

89fd196f6b intel/vec4: Add support for masking pushed data
This is the vec4 equivalent of d0d039a4d3, required for proper UBO
pushing in vertex stages for Vulkan on HSW. Sadly, the implementation
requires us to do everything in ALIGN1 mode and the vec4 instruction
scheduler doesn't understand HW_GRF <-> UNIFORM interference so it's
easier to do the whole thing in the generator. We add an instruction
to the top of the program which just means "emit the blob" and all the
magic happens in codegen.

2db8867943 intel/vec4: Don't spill fp64 registers more than once
The way we handle spilling for fp64 in vec4 is to emit a series of MOVs
which swizzles the data around and then a pair of 32-bit spills. This
works great except that the next time we go to pick a spill reg, the
compiler isn't smart enough to figure out that the register has already
been spilled. Normally we do this by looking at the sources of spill
instructions (or destinations of fills) but, because it's separated from
the actual value by a MOV, we can't see it. This commit adds a new
opcode VEC4_OPCODE_MOV_FOR_SCRATCH which is identical to MOV in
semantics except that it lets RA know not to spill again.

52eb47c8d4 intel/compiler: Relax some conditions in try_copy_propagate
Previously can_do_source_mods was used to determine whether a value with
a source modifier or a value from a scalar source (e.g., a uniform)
could be copy propagated. The former is a superset of the latter, so
this always produces correct results, but it is overly restrictive. For
example, a BFI instruction can't have source modifiers, but it can have
scalar sources.

This was originally authored to prevent a small number of shader-db
regressions in a commit that marked SHR has not being able to have
source modifiers. That commit has since been dropped in favor of a
different method.

7280b0911d intel/compiler: Add support for bindless shaders
The Intel bindless thread dispatch model is very simple. When a compute
shader is to be used for bindless dispatch, it can request a set of
stack IDs. These are allocated per-dual-subslice by the hardware and
recycled automatically when the stack ID is returned. Passed to the
bindless dispatch are a global argument address, a stack ID, and an
address of the BINDLESS_SHADER_RECORD to invoke. When the bindless
shader is dispatched, it is passed its stack ID as well as the global
and local argument pointers. The local argument pointer is the address
of the BINDLESS_SHADER_RECORD plus some offset which is specified as
part of the BINDLESS_SHADER_RECORD.

This may actually fix a bug when nir_load/store_scratch is used. The
docs say that the DWORD scattered messages respect the per-thread
scratch size specified in gN.3[3:0] in the message header but we've been
leaving it zero. This may mean that we've been ignoring any scratch
reads/writes from a load/store_scratch intrinsic above the 1KB mark.

395de69b1f intel/fs: Allow multiple slots for position
Change brw_compute_vue_map() to also take the number of pos slots. If
more than one slot is used, the VARYING_SLOT_POS is treated as an
array.

When using Primitive Replication, instead of a single position, the
VUE must contain an array of positions. Padding might be
necessary (after clip distance) to ensure rest of attributes start
aligned.

v2: Add note about array in the commit message and assert that
pos_slots >= 1 to make clear 0 is invalid. (Jason)
Move padding to be after the clip distance.

v3: Apply the correct offset when gathering the sources from outputs.

bb3e7b0fe3 intel/compiler: Pass shader_stats for each SIMD mode
Passing shader_stats to the fs_generator constructor means that the
SIMD8 shader stats from the visitor (such as the scheduler mode) will be
reported out for the SIMD16/SIMD32 versions as well.

As you can see, we are now passing 'shader_stats' and 'stats' to
generate_code(), which is obviously odd looking. Ian rebased and
committed an old patch of mine which added the shader_stats struct on
July 30 in commit dabb5d4bee (i965/fs: Add a shader_stats struct.) and
shortly after on August 12 Jason added the brw_compile_stats struct in
commit 134607760a (intel/compiler: Fill a compiler statistics struct).

I'd like to combine the two, but I'm not sure how. shader_stats is an
input to generate_code() while brw_compile_stats is an output and is
only used by the Vulkan driver. Leave it as is for now...

c2a7eababf intel/compiler: Move idom tree calculation and related logic into analysis object
This only does half of the work. The actual representation of the
idom tree is left untouched, but the computation algorithm is moved
into a separate analysis result class wrapped in a BRW_ANALYSIS
object, along with the intersect() and dump_domtree() auxiliary
functions in order to keep things tidy.

d966a6b4c4 intel/compiler: Introduce backend_shader method to propagate IR changes to analysis passes
The invalidate_analysis() method knows what analysis passes there are
in the back-end and calls their invalidate() method to report changes
in the IR. For the moment it just calls invalidate_live_intervals()
(which will eventually be fully replaced by this function) if anything
changed.

This makes all optimization passes invalidate DEPENDENCY_EVERYTHING,
which is clearly far from ideal -- The dependency classes passed to
invalidate_analysis() will be refined in a future commit.
