a7c2b87874 intel: Move intel_shader_reloc to common code and drop elk_shader_reloc
We want to be able to emit load_reloc_const_intel intrinsics from common
NIR passes (such as printf lowering). In order to do that, we need to
have the enum with the meaning of values in common code. Once you have
that, it's easy to see the (identical) data structures as a way for the
driver to communicate about relocations, rather than a compiler backend
specific thing. So we move it all up to common code, and re-unify.

9d36bf891b vulkan: Compute path to write into JSON manifests once, use it everywhere
Some checks are pending
macOS-CI / macOS-CI (dri) (push) Waiting to run
macOS-CI / macOS-CI (xlib) (push) Waiting to run
This reduces duplication: we only need to distinguish between Windows
and Unix in one place.

The previous code was inconsistent about using either the `platforms`
option, or the `host_machine`. Following the logic described in
commit 94379377 "lavapipe: build "Windows" check should use the host machine, not the `platforms` option.",
I've assumed that checking the host machine is the more-correct version
and used that.

be8cac52d3 vulkan: Consistently form driver library names as prefix + name + suffix
This consistently uses `NAME.dll` on Windows, `libNAME.dylib` on Darwin
derivatives such as macOS, and `libNAME.so` on Linux, *BSD and so on.
It's also consistent about using the local variable name `icd_file_name`
for this name in every Vulkan driver, which was already the case in many
but not all drivers.

Some of these drivers probably don't make sense (or don't work) on
Windows and/or macOS, but if this is kept consistent for all drivers,
it should avoid the need for driver-specific commits like
commit 611e9f29e "lavapipe: fix icd generation for windows",
commit 951f3287 "lavapipe: set empty dll prefix",
commit 13e7a39f "lavapipe: fixes for macOS support",
commit 7008e655 "radv: Update JSON generator if Windows" and so on,
each time a driver is found to be relevant on more platforms than
previously believed.

59f85e678f vulkan/wsi: Take a vk_queue in wsi_common_queue_present()
The common entrypoint wrapper already depends on vk_queue, as do all the
drivers that implement drv_QueuePresentKHR() so there's no point in
passing through Vulkan API types anymore.

The one functional change here is that ANV is no longer forcing the
queue index to be zero, which I suspect was a mistake in the first
place.

81325cf887 vulkan,anv,hasvk: Drop vk_queue_wait_before_present()
This helper existed to ensure that drivers waited for semaphores to
materialize before processing a QueuePresent(). However, most drivers
never called this and they were kind-of fine. Now that we have explicit
and dma-buf sync built into WSI, this wait happens as part
GetSemaphoreFd when we fetch the sync file from the semaphore.

It's also less racy to just rely on GetSemaphoreFd() because, even
though we were stalling the submit thread prior to present, the present
itself does one or more submits and those may go to the thread and
potentially race with the window system. The GetSemaphoreFd(), however,
happens at the right time to ensure we actually stall before handing
off to the window system.

ddf2aa3a4d build: avoid redefining unreachable() which is standard in C23
In the C23 standard unreachable() is now a predefined function-like
macro in <stddef.h>

See https://android.googlesource.com/platform/bionic/+/HEAD/docs/c23.md#is-now-a-predefined-function_like-macro-in

And this causes build errors when building for C23:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
In file included from ../src/util/log.h:30,
                 from ../src/util/log.c:30:
../src/util/macros.h:123:9: warning: "unreachable" redefined
  123 | #define unreachable(str) \
      | ^~~~~~~~~~~
In file included from ../src/util/macros.h:31:
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/14/include/stddef.h:456:9: note: this is the location of the previous definition
  456 | #define unreachable() (__builtin_unreachable ())
      | ^~~~~~~~~~~
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

So don't redefine it with the same name, but use the name UNREACHABLE()
to also signify it's a macro.

Using a different name also makes sense because the behavior of the
macro was extending the one of __builtin_unreachable() anyway, and it
also had a different signature, accepting one argument, compared to the
standard unreachable() with no arguments.

This change improves the chances of building mesa with the C23 standard,
which for instance is the default in recent AOSP versions.

All the instances of the macro, including the definition, were updated
with the following command line:

  git grep -l '[^_]unreachable(' -- "src/**" | sort | uniq | \
  while read file; \
  do \
    sed -e 's/\([^_]\)unreachable(/\1UNREACHABLE(/g' -i "$file"; \
  done && \

4efaa64159 vulkan/treewide: add and use common Android HMI hal implementation
There's no need for a per driver HMI implementation since the
vk_icdGetInstanceProcAddr implementation can well populate the required
entrypoints for Android icd.

Changes have to be done in this single commit for simplicity. Otherwise,
I would have to create a separate android shared library in the runtime
like how vk_instance is handled today, so that the target is able to
check per driver enablement def. However, after all drivers have
migrated over within this MR, we still have to clean those up. So I
decided to just do those in a single commit instead.

b036d2ded2 hasvk/elk: stop turning load_push_constants into load_uniform
Those intrinsics have different semantics in particular with regards
to divergence. Turning one into the other without invalidating the
divergence information breaks NIR validation. But also the conversion
means we get artificially less convergent values in the shaders.

So just handle load_push_constants in the backend and stop changing
things in Hasvk.

Fixes a bunch of tests in

   dEQP-VK.pipeline.*.push_constant.graphics_pipeline.dynamic_index_*
