Faith Ekstrand 2fae75b278 treewide: Stop putting enum in front of Vulkan enum types ... The Vulkan headers add typedefs to fix aliasing issues whenever a type gets renamed. However, C doesn't allow "enum typedef" so this doesn't work if people stick the "enum" keyword in front.
