Highlights:
- Display needs tiled pitch alignment to be at least 32 pixels
- Implement Addr2ComputeDccAddrFromCoord().
- Macro-pixel packed formats don't support Z swizzle modes
- Pad pitch and base alignment of PRT + TEX1D to 64KB.
