fd1f79f7dd glapi: Force frame pointer elimination on Windows.
To catch mismatches in cdecl vs stdcall calling convention. See code
comment for more detailed explanation.

Tested with piglit gl-1.0-beginend-coverage (it now also crashes on
debug builds.)

7b1aeec9cd glapi: Duplicate GLES1 prototypes in glapi_dispatch.c
These prototypes are necessary because GLES1 library builds will create
dispatch functions for them. We can't directly include GLES/gl.h
because it would conflict the previously-included GL/gl.h. Since GLES1
ABI is not expected to every add more functions, the path of least
resistance is to just duplicate the prototypes for the functions that
aren't already in desktop OpenGL.

3d8d5b298a mesa: Restore 78-column wrapping of license text in C-style comments.
The previous commit introduced extra words, breaking the formatting.

This text transformation was done automatically via the following shell
command:
$ git grep 'THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY' | sed 's/:.*$//' | xargs -I {} sh -c 'vim -e -s {} < vimscript

where 'vimscript' is a file containing:
/THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY/;/\*\// !fmt -w 78 -p ' * '
:wq

96ff2edc73 mesa: Add "OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS" to license text disclaiming liability.
This brings the license text in line with the MIT License as published
on the Open Source Initiative website:

http://opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php

Generated automatically be the following shell command:
$ git grep 'THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE' | sed 's/:.*$//g' | xargs -I '{}' \
  sed -i 's/THE AUTHORS/THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS/' {}

This introduces some wrapping issues, to be fixed in the next commit.

dd404bc94f mesa: Change "BRIAN PAUL" to "THE AUTHORS" in license text.
Generated automatically be the following shell command:
$ git grep 'BRIAN PAUL BE LIABLE' | sed 's/:.*$//g' | xargs -I '{}' \
  sed -i 's/BRIAN PAUL/THE AUTHORS/' {}

The intention here is to protect all authors, not just Brian Paul. I
believe that was already the sensible interpretation, but spelling it
out is probably better.

More practically, it also prevents people from accidentally copy &
pasting the license into a new file which says Brian is not liable when
he isn't even one of the authors.

17a574d7cd Use the correct macro _WIN32 for Windows.
The correct predefined macro for Windows is _WIN32, not WIN32 or
__WIN32__. _WIN32 is defined for 32-bit and 64-bit version of Windows
by both MSVC and MinGW compilers.

This patch also fixes a MinGW automake build error.

b5022ad035 glapi: Do not use glapidispatch.h.
glapidispatch.h exists so that core mesa (libmesa.a) can be built for
DRI drivers or for non-DRI drivers as a compile time decision (whether
IN_DRI_DRIVER is defined). It is of no use to glapi. This commit also
drops the use of glapidispatch.h in glx and libgl-xlib as they are
considered extensions to glapi when it comes to defining public GL
entries.

042a333028 Revert "glapi: Implement optional dispatch logging"
This reverts commit b9abc6139a and the
follow on fixes (7aae704 and 6fe1b47). It's changing the glapi/driver
ABI and causes a number of problems for debug/non-debug builds.

b9abc6139a glapi: Implement optional dispatch logging
There's a useful feature buried in glapi to log all API calls to stderr.
Unfortunately it requires editing the code and then it's enabled
unconditionally for that build. This patch builds in API logging for
debug builds and makes it run-time switchable by setting MESA_DEBUG=dispatch.
