In the C23 standard unreachable() is now a predefined function-like

So don't redefine it with the same name, but use the name UNREACHABLE()
to also signify it's a macro.
Using a different name also makes sense because the behavior of the
macro was extending the one of __builtin_unreachable() anyway, and it
also had a different signature, accepting one argument, compared to the
standard unreachable() with no arguments.
This change improves the chances of building mesa with the C23 standard,
which for instance is the default in recent AOSP versions.
All the instances of the macro, including the definition, were updated
with the following command line:

We were missing a couple bits from hash and a bunch of stuff from the
comparison. This puts most of nir_tex_instr into a single pack_tex
helper that's used by both and grabs everything we were missing.

Annotating ssa defs without affecting compilation is impossible with
debug info instructions since referencing a nir_def from the debug info
instr will add uses.
The old approach also stops worrking if passes reorder instructions.
This patch proposes a solution which should not regress performance just
like the old approach. The difference is that this one allocates a bit
more space for debug info instead of adding a new instruction for it.

Adds a new instruction type that stores metadata that might be useful
for debugging purposes. Passes must ignore these instructions when
making decisions.

We currently assume that the instruction is already inserted and we are
optimizing it away, but in the use case I have where we are hoisting
instructions into a preamble and deduplicating as we go along, that
isn't the case. Move this responsibility onto the caller, which also
makes it a bit clearer what's going on and turns this into something
more similar to an actual set.

This allows use cases where we copy over expression trees and

With float_controls2, shaders can decide on the behavior of
NaN/Inf/SignedZero preservation by decorating specific instructions, on
top of having a default for the whole program.
Add where to track these to nir_alu_instr and propagate them to new
instructions everywhere that exact is being done already.

When we use source from ALU instruction directly, the default swizzle array
should be populated with the same amount of components as the src has.
Otherwise, if we use nir_ssa_alu_instr_src_components, it can return
the destination components count that is lower than component index
actually used in that source. This can lead to false equality
between 0 (uninitialized) and 0 (.x) in swizzle comparison below.

In 9ffd00bcf1 ("nir_to_tgsi: Pack our tex coords into vec4
nir_tex_src_backend[12]"), Emma added a pair of back-end sources to
nir_tex_instr to allow complex lowering to be done in NIR. This adds a
tiny bit more hw-specific back-end information that a NIR lowering pass
can communicate to the back-end compiler.
While the opcode contains most of the information needed, some thing
such as the presence of offsets is currently only communicated via the
presence of specific source types in the source list. This information
is gone when the texture instruction is lowered to back-end sources.
Adding a backend_flags field fixes this by allowing the lowering pass to
communicate a small amount of side-band information if needed.

Nothing produces them any more, so remove them from NIR. This massively reduces
the size of nir_src, which should improve performance all over.
nir_src size reduced from 56 bytes -> 40 bytes (pahole results on arm64, x86_64
should be similar.)

Basically every pass in NIR uses nir_ssa_def_rewrite_uses which calls
nir_instr_rewrite_src which is fairly complex because it handles all
sorts of non-SSA cases. Since we already know a priori that every
source written by nir_ssa_def_rewrite_uses is SSA, we can check new_src
once at the top of the function and cut out all that complexity.
While we're at it, we expose a new SSA-only nir_ssa_def_rewrite_uses_ssa
helper which takes an SSA def which avoids the one SSA check. It's also
more convenient 90% of the time.

A couple of these probably aren't strictly necessary but they won't
hurt. The one that's particularly tricky is a fixed-length array in
nir_search.h. However, to avoid blowing up the binary size of
nir_opt_algebraic by about 2x, we just assert that only small ops are
used.
