8b6d22109f intel/fs/vec4: add missing dependency in write-on-write fixed GRFs
If we load constant data using pull constant SENDS, and we later load
that register with some other data, we can end up in a situation where
we don't track the initial fixed register write and therefore end up
using uninitialized registers.

This tracks write-on-write of fixed GRFs like we do for normal virtual
GRFs.

7280b0911d intel/compiler: Add support for bindless shaders
The Intel bindless thread dispatch model is very simple.  When a compute
shader is to be used for bindless dispatch, it can request a set of
stack IDs.  These are allocated per-dual-subslice by the hardware and
recycled automatically when the stack ID is returned.  Passed to the
bindless dispatch are a global argument address, a stack ID, and an
address of the BINDLESS_SHADER_RECORD to invoke.  When the bindless
shader is dispatched, it is passed its stack ID as well as the global
and local argument pointers.  The local argument pointer is the address
of the BINDLESS_SHADER_RECORD plus some offset which is specified as
part of the BINDLESS_SHADER_RECORD.

5abac85177 intel/fs: Rework scratch handling on Gen9+
The current scratch mechanism uses an MRF hack where we reserve a few
GRF registers to treat like the MRF and we collect the data into that
MRF region before doing a scratch write.  We also use that region for
the header for scratch reads.

This commit changes things and gets rid of the MRF hack.  Instead, we
reserve a single register (which RA is free to pick) for the scratch
header and uses split sends for scratch writes to avoid having to do
the copy.  This should provide RA with more freedom in the presence of
spilling as well as avoid some unnecessary data moves.  In future, the
new GEN9_SCRATCH_HEADER opcode gives us a place where we can do our own
per-thread scratch base address calculations rather than depending on
the scratch base address that gets pushed into g0.  Having an opcode for
this lets us do it once at the top of the shader rather than repeating
it at every read/write.

One other noticeable difference is the use of SHADER_OPCODE_SEND.  We
can get away with this thanks to the fact that we're now using a set to
track which instructions are generated by spills and don't rely on the
opcodes to find spill/fill instructions.  This allows us to avoid adding
more virtual opcodes and let the normal code paths handle things like
scoreboard dependencies between header setup and the SEND.  It also
means that post-RA scheduling may be able to space out the header setup
MOV and the SEND for better latency hiding.

Shader-db results on Skylake:

    total spills in shared programs: 12137 -> 10604 (-12.63%)
    spills in affected programs: 6685 -> 5152 (-22.93%)
    helped: 274
    HURT: 2

    total fills in shared programs: 13065 -> 11515 (-11.86%)
    fills in affected programs: 9007 -> 7457 (-17.21%)
    helped: 275
    HURT: 1

Shader-db results on Ice Lake:

    total spills in shared programs: 12482 -> 10953 (-12.25%)
    spills in affected programs: 6586 -> 5057 (-23.22%)
    helped: 275

More practically, this seems to give about a 0.5-1% perf boost in
Witcher 3 (DXVK) and Shadow of the Tomb Raider (Vulkan native).

5ea0b6a9c6 intel/compiler: initialize remaining fields of various classes
These variables seem to be initialized before being used, so this
patch is not fixing any bug, but leaving them unitialized may become
a bug after some refactoring.

These classes were affected: fs_reg_alloc, fs_visitor, fs_generator,
instruction_scheduler.

Found by Coverity.

5e2a7e11b4 intel/ir: Remove scheduling-based cycle count estimates.
The cycle count estimation logic part of the scheduler is now
redundant with the shader performance modeling pass, and the estimates
can be consolidated into the brw::performance analysis result object
instead of being part of the CFG, which guarantees that the estimates
cannot be accessed without previously calling the
performance_analysis::require() method, which makes sure that the
right analysis pass is executed at the right time if we don't already
have up-to-date cached results.

ea44de6d8c intel/compiler/fs: Switch liveness analysis to IR analysis framework
This involves wrapping fs_live_variables in a BRW_ANALYSIS object and
hooking it up to invalidate_analysis() so it's properly invalidated.
Seems like a lot of churn but it's fairly straightforward.  The
fs_visitor invalidate_ and calculate_live_intervals() methods are no
longer necessary after this change.

ba73e606f6 intel/compiler: Move all live interval analysis results into fs_live_variables
This moves the following methods that are currently defined in
fs_visitor (even though they are side products of the liveness
analysis computation) and are already implemented in
brw_fs_live_variables.cpp:

> int *virtual_grf_end;

It makes sense for them to be part of the fs_live_variables object,
because they have the same lifetime as other liveness analysis results
and because this will allow some extra validation to happen wherever
they are accessed in order to make sure that we only ever use
up-to-date liveness analysis results.

This shortens the virtual_grf prefix in order to compensate for the
slightly increased lexical overhead from the live_intervals pointer
dereference.

Have fun reading through the whole back-end optimizer to verify
whether I've missed any dependency flags -- Or alternatively, just
trust that any mistake here will trigger an assertion failure during
analysis pass validation if it ever poses a problem for the
consistency of any of the analysis passes managed by the framework.

d966a6b4c4 intel/compiler: Introduce backend_shader method to propagate IR changes to analysis passes
The invalidate_analysis() method knows what analysis passes there are
in the back-end and calls their invalidate() method to report changes
in the IR.  For the moment it just calls invalidate_live_intervals()
(which will eventually be fully replaced by this function) if anything
changed.

This makes all optimization passes invalidate DEPENDENCY_EVERYTHING,
which is clearly far from ideal -- The dependency classes passed to
invalidate_analysis() will be refined in a future commit.

c20dc9b836 intel/fs: Make implied_mrf_writes() an fs_inst method.
This will be convenient in a later commit enabling SIMD32 fragment
shaders, and happens to fix the calculation for MATH instructions
which is currently inaccurate for SIMD-lowered instructions on Gen4-5
platforms (all of them on Gen4 in SIMD16 mode), since it was based on
the shader's dispatch width rather than on the actual execution size
of the instruction.

This causes some shader-db noise on Gen4 due to the more compact
register allocation interacting with the SEND dependency workarounds,
but otherwise no major changes.

e8f863e718 intel/compiler: Re-prefix non-logical surface opcodes with VEC4
The scalar back-end uses SHADER_OPCODE_SEND for all surface messages so
we no longer need the non-logical opcodes there.  Prefix them VEC4 so
it's clear that they're only used by the vec4 back-end.

aeaba24fcb intel/compiler: Drop unused surface opcodes
The unused typed surface read/write support in the vec4 back-end has
been dropped and the fs back-end now uses SHADER_OPCODE_SEND for all
image and buffer ops.  There's no reason to keep these opcodes around
anymore.

7e4e9da90d intel/compiler: Prevent warnings in the following patch
The next patch replaces an unsigned bitfield with a plain unsigned,
which triggers gcc to begin warning on signed/unsigned comparisons.

Keeping this patch separate from the actual move allows bisectablity and
generates no additional warnings temporarily.

cc0fc8b8ac intel/ir: Allow representing additional flag subregisters in the IR.
This allows representing conditional mods and predicates on f1.0-f1.1
at the IR level by adding an extra bit to the flag_subreg

acf98ff933 intel/fs: Teach instruction scheduler about GRF bank conflict cycles.
This should allow the post-RA scheduler to do a slightly better job at
hiding latency in presence of instructions incurring bank conflicts.
The main purpuse of this patch is not to improve performance though,
but to get conflict cycles to show up in shader-db statistics in order
to make sure that regressions in the bank conflict mitigation pass
don't go unnoticed.

68f69ebdcc i965: Use is_scheduling_barrier instead of schedule_node::is_barrier.
Commit a73116ecc6 tried to make add_barrier_deps()
walk to the next barrier, and stop.  To accomplish that, it added an
is_barrier flag.  Unfortunately, this only works half of the time.

The issue is that add_barrier_deps() walks both backward (to the
previous barrier), and forward (to the next barrier).  It also sets
is_barrier.  Assuming that we're processing instructions in forward
order, this means that is_barrier will be set for previous instructions,
but not future ones.  So we'll never see it, and walk further than we
need to.

dEQP-GLES31.functional.ssbo.layout.random.all_shared_buffer.23
now compiles its shaders in 3.6 seconds instead of 3.3 minutes.

700bebb958 i965: Move the back-end compiler to src/intel/compiler
Mostly a dummy git mv with a couple of noticable parts:
 - With the earlier header cleanups, nothing in src/intel depends
files from src/mesa/drivers/dri/i965/
 - Both Autoconf and Android builds are addressed. Thanks to Mauro and
Tapani for the fixups in the latter
 - brw_util.[ch] is not really compiler specific, so it's moved to i965.

v2:
 - move brw_eu_defines.h instead of brw_defines.h
 - remove no-longer applicable includes
 - add missing vulkan/ prefix in the Android build (thanks Tapani)

 - don't list brw_defines.h in src/intel/Makefile.sources (Jason)
 - rebase on top of the oa patches
