db34a92c48 intel/tools: Add xe3p format for intel_monitor
The kernel uses an updated buffer format for xe3p gpus when EU stall
sampling, so this updates intel_monitor to use the correct formatting,
leaving room for any future formatting updates.

This also addresses an issue with not packing the formatted structure
with the correct macro, which lead to incorrect offsets being used for
parsing the buffer.

ddf2aa3a4d build: avoid redefining unreachable() which is standard in C23
In the C23 standard unreachable() is now a predefined function-like
macro in <stddef.h>

See https://android.googlesource.com/platform/bionic/+/HEAD/docs/c23.md#is-now-a-predefined-function_like-macro-in

And this causes build errors when building for C23:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
In file included from ../src/util/log.h:30,
                 from ../src/util/log.c:30:
../src/util/macros.h:123:9: warning: "unreachable" redefined
  123 | #define unreachable(str) \
      | ^~~~~~~~~~~
In file included from ../src/util/macros.h:31:
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/14/include/stddef.h:456:9: note: this is the location of the previous definition
  456 | #define unreachable() (__builtin_unreachable ())
      | ^~~~~~~~~~~
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

So don't redefine it with the same name, but use the name UNREACHABLE()
to also signify it's a macro.

Using a different name also makes sense because the behavior of the
macro was extending the one of __builtin_unreachable() anyway, and it
also had a different signature, accepting one argument, compared to the
standard unreachable() with no arguments.

This change improves the chances of building mesa with the C23 standard,
which for instance is the default in recent AOSP versions.

All the instances of the macro, including the definition, were updated
with the following command line:

  git grep -l '[^_]unreachable(' -- "src/**" | sort | uniq | \
  while read file; \
  do \
    sed -e 's/\([^_]\)unreachable(/\1UNREACHABLE(/g' -i "$file"; \
  done && \
  sed -e 's/#undef unreachable/#undef UNREACHABLE/g' -i src/intel/isl/isl_aux_info.c

610ad8d378 intel/tools: create intel_monitor for sampling eu stalls
Created stand alone tool for sampling gfx data on regular
intervals. Tool has inner loop that performs sampling every N
useconds. Press any key to end sampling. Results will be dumped
when intel_monitor exits.

First application of intel_monitor will be to collect eu stall
data. Perhaps more applications can be added at a later date.

How to use:
 0. Set sysctl dev.xe.observation_paranoid=0
 1. Clean shader cache and launch gfx INTEL_DEBUG=shaders-lineno.
    Redirect stderr to asm.txt.
 2. When gfx app ready to monitor, begin capturing eustall data by
    launching `intel_monitor -e > eustall.csv` in separate console.
3 When done collected, close intel_monitor by pressing any key.
 4. Correlate eustall data in eustall.csv with shader instructions in
asm.txt by matching instruction offsets. Use data to determine which
    instructions are stalling and why.

2a828c35a1 intel/perf: add eu stall sampling support

This feature allows driver to collect count and reasons for why
EUs are stalled on GPU. Stall data is cross referenced with ip
address within individual shaders so it is possible to know which
instructions in which shaders are generating stalls. This should
be a very useful feature for debugging performance of slow shaders.

a38a98c4cb intel/perf: Extend intel_perf_stream_set_metrics_id() to syncronize metrics id changes
Xe KMD added a uAPI to syncronze metrics id changes, so we can make
it wait for all previous workloads in exec_queue and all previous
metrics id changes to finish before start change it again.
This should make Vulkan queries more robust.

So this makes use of intel_bind_timeline to syncronize the metrics id
changes and xe_queue_get_syncobj_for_idle() to syncronize with
exec_queue.

As i915 and some versions of Xe KMD will not support it, this feature
will only be used then intel_bind_timeline parameter is not NULL and
timeline has a valid syncobj id.
At this patch level all callers will set it to NULL, next patch will
add and initialize timeline in ANV when supported by Xe KMD.

9b5ba06122 intel/perf: Do not add INTEL_PERF_QUERY_FIELD_TYPE_SRM_OA_PEC
MI_REPORT_PERF_COUNT reports all 64 PEC counters, so there is no
need to read individual registers.
Also the individual registers reads privileged and UMDs can't access
it, causing it to always read as always zero and overwritting valid
data read with MI_REPORT_PERF_COUNT.

256 bytes, so now we need a function to return the OA sample

de0d237ab0 intel/perf: Move sysmacros.h include from header to implementation
sysmacros.h defines macros `minor()` and `major()`. These macros conflict
with a definition of `minor()` in the Perfetto SDK header. Move the
sysmacros.h include to intel_perf.c because the Perfetto header is only
included at the same time as intel_perf.h not *.c (in intel_driver_ds.cc).

Unbeknown to anyone, the definition of `minor()` in the Perfetto header is
being replaced with the macro. See the MR attachment for an example.

3c1b545057 intel/perf: Implement Xe KMD perf stream read
Xe KMD perf stream reads just returns the samples, there is no header.
For error checking there is other uAPI that is not handled here yet.

So to mantain compatibility here reading the perf stream, adding a
header then copying the sample.
