docs: note GNOME Keyring PAM setup when launching from tty (#1427) 
When bypassing a display manager to launch from a tty, some session
integrations may not be configured. Add a collapsible note about setting
up pam_gnome_keyring.so for automatic keyring unlocking, with an
Arch Linux example and guidance to consult distribution-specific docs.

60bb0be4d5 Configuring/Uncommon Tips & Tricks: alttab: fix focuswindow after #1398 
In f03a16c024 I broke
```hyprctl --batch -q "dispatch focuswindow address:$(< $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/hypr/alttab/address) ; dispatch alterzorder top"``` because I set address to stableId. Probably that nobody cares but now it works.

Instructions for Debian refered to SID but hyprland 0.53.3 is now available as of Debian 14 (Forky)

Moved manual instructions for Ubuntu 24.10 to the manual section, updated package section Ubuntu 26.04 universe includes hyprland 0.52.2, Ubuntu 25.10 and 25.04 universe include hyprland 0.41.2
