The post-processing infrastructure is showing it's age; it's written using TGSI, which has been on the way out for a long time. There's also few actually useful filters in there, and there are better tools out there to inject shaders into applications. Let's mark this as deprecated, so we can delete it in the future. Having a deprecation period makes it easier for any potential users to find alternatives in a timely matter.
