Guilherme Gallo 8d96cf4eaa ci/freedreno: Add maxcpus=2 to the kernel cmdline on a530 ... It seems that the cpufreq support in a530 is not rock solid yet, as the device intermittently reboots during the boot process. Passing `maxcpus=2` to the kernel avoids this issue.
