This flush was introduced with the following commits: 8949d27bb8 ("anv: implement gen9 post sync pipe control workaround") bcb611361b ("anv: implement gen12 post sync pipe control workaround") The flush was unsued with the following commit: e79e1ca304 ("intel: Drop Tigerlake revision 0 workarounds") This prevents some extra pipecontrols caused by a following patch.
