Ian Forbes 6beb92a0d4 svga: Enable GL_ARB_texture_mirror_clamp_to_edge ... We've supported this via SVGA3D_TEX_ADDRESS_MIRRORONCE for years. Lets enable it as it gets us slightly closer to GL 4.4.
