Pierre-Eric Pelloux-Prayer 360e9503d8 ac/info: add ac_fill_hw_ip_info ... num_instances is initialized to 1 and overriden in ac_query_gpu_info. has_graphics needs to be set early as other info fields are determined based on its value.
