Daniel Stone fa27cacdd7 ci/panfrost: Really document T860 array flakes ... It looks like this entire class of test is going to sometimes fail causing GPU timeouts. As the random class presumably includes array tests, flake the lot of those as well, rather than trying to figure out which seed includes which subtests.
