49337ec410 gallium: add rasterizer depth_clamp enable bit
This is required for d3d10+, which has depth_clamp always enabled

17332ceb0f mesa/st: Add an optional GLSL link fail msg to finalize_nir.
GLES2 drivers are allowed to reject some GLSL constructs, like dynamic
loop bounds (which neither i915g nor vc4 can fully support), but gallium
hasn't had any way to trigger a link failure. Add a return msg to the
finalize_nir hook, which is called at the end of GLSL linking, and use
that. This means that some other callers of finalize need to do something
with the msg, and we (for now) just throw it away.

1c2690ec20 gallium: explicitly specify line rasterization mode
Currently, drivers infer the line rasterization mode from the
multisampling and line_smooth rasterization state. This is always
correct for OpenGL, but is subtly incorrect for DirectX 9, 10 and
Vulkan (when VK_EXT_line_rasterization is supported).

So let's allow front-ends to choose freely between rectangle and
paralellogram rendering.

The reason why there's no added cap for this, is that the implicit
selection that drivers currently do will work just as well (or more
correclty, just as subtly wrong) as before. And there's nothing
reasonable the front-ends can do to get the correct behavior, so
there's really no fall-back code to write either.

modifiers argument to vlVaHandleSurfaceAllocate so that the
user-supplied list of modifiers can be passed down from vaCreateSurfaces
