s_delay_alu doesn't affect any hazards, but hazard workarounds don't
update s_delay_alu and so can make the s_delay_alu affect the wrong

2aaa6ebba1 build/amd: add amd-use-llvm build option 
this allows amd drivers to disable llvm support while still allowing
llvmpipe/lavapipe to be built

by disabling llvm support in amd drivers, the load times for these drivers
decreases by 5-10ms

7c25243f86 aco: add a helper printing shader asm by disassembling via LLVM

b7738de4f9 aco/ra: rework linear VGPR allocation 
We allocate them at the end of the register file and keep them separate
from normal VGPRs. This is for two reasons:
- Because we only ever move linear VGPRs into an empty space or a space
  previously occupied by a linear one, we never have to swap a normal VGPR
  and a linear one. This simplifies copy lowering.
- As linear VGPR's live ranges only start and end on top-level blocks, we
  never have to move a linear VGPR in control flow.
