65b6ac8aa4 nir: Rename nir_instr_type_ssa_undef to nir_instr_type_undef
We already renamed the type, we just need to rename the enum and the
casting helper functions.

Generated with sed:

    sed -i -e 's/nir_instr_type_ssa_undef/nir_instr_type_undef/g' src/**/*.h src/**/*.c src/**/*.cpp
    sed -i -e 's/nir_instr_as_ssa_undef/nir_instr_as_undef/g' src/**/*.h src/**/*.c src/**/*.cpp

6c1d32581a nir: Drop nir_alu_dest
Instead, we replace it directly with nir_def.  We could replace it with
nir_dest but the next commit gets rid of that so this avoids unnecessary
churn.  Most of this commit was generated by sed:

   sed -i -e 's/dest.dest.ssa/def/g' src/**/*.h src/**/*.c src/**/*.cpp

There were a few manual fixups required in the nir_legacy.c and
nir_from_ssa.c as nir_legacy_reg and nir_parallel_copy_entry both have a
similar pattern.

190b1fdc64 nir: Convert to nir_foreach_function_impl
Done by hand at each call site but going very quickly with funny Vim motions and
common regexes. This is a very common idiom in NIR.

a93bc6afc4 nir: check for x - ffract(x) patterns when lowering f2i32
We already skip emitting ftrunc in nir_lower_int_to_float when there is
ffloor, fround or any other integer-making opcode preceding f2i32. However
if lower_ffloor is set for driver that doesn't support integers, the lowered
x - ffract(x) patterns would not be recognized and extra ftruct would be
emitted, doing unnecessary rounding.

This optimization only works if there is no non-trivial swizzling used for
the fadd, fneg and ffract involved, which seems to be 99% of the cases according
to my testing.

This is needed to enable nir ffloor lowering on r300 driver without regressions.

I'm not sure if this helps anybody else, the only hardware which sets
lower_ffloor and converts ints to floats (and can't do trunc) are some old
etnaviv cards, so maybe it will help there a bit.

eb76cee9f8 nir: Eliminate nir_op_i2b
There are a lot of optimizations in opt_algebraic that match ('ine', a,
0), but there are almost none that match i2b.  Instead of adding a huge
pile of additional patterns (including variations that include both ine
and i2b), always lower i2b to a != 0.

At this point in the series, it should be impossible for anything to
generate i2b, so there /should not/ be any changes.

The failing test on d3d12 is a pre-existing bug that is triggered by
this change.  I talked to Jesse about it, and, after some analysis, he
suggested just adding it to the list of known failures.

v2: Don't rematerialize i2b instructions in dxil_nir_lower_x2b.

v3: Don't rematerialize i2b instructions in zink_nir_algebraic.py.

v4: Fix zink-on-TGL CI failures by calling nir_opt_algebraic after
nir_lower_doubles makes progress.  The latter can generate b2i
instructions, but nir_lower_int64 can't handle them (anymore).

v5: Add back most of the hunk at line 2125 of nir_opt_algebraic.py. I
had accidentally removed the f2b(bf2(x)) optimization.

v6: Just eliminate the i2b instruction.

v7: Remove missed i2b32 in midgard_compile.c. Remove (now unused)
emit_alu_i2orf2_b1 function from sfn_instr_alu.cpp. Previously this
function was still used. 🤷

No shader-db changes on any Intel platform.

All Intel platforms had similar results. (Ice Lake shown)

Instructions helped: 2

Cycles in all programs: 9098956382 -> 9098956350 (-0.0%)
Cycles helped: 2

The two Vulkan shaders are helped because of the "new" (('b2i32',
('ine', ('ubfe', a, b, 1), 0)), ('ubfe', a, b, 1)) algebraic pattern.

66a0f318fd nir: Avoid generating extra ftruncs for array handling.
It's quite likely that the source of the f2i32 was already an integer, in
which case we can skip the ftrunc (particularly useful on the int-to-float
class of hardware that's unlikely to just have a native trunc opcode!).

aba8b6675a nir/lower_int_to_float: Make sure the cursor is in the right spot.
We need to make get it updated after we may have nir_instr_remove()d an
instruction, and when we cross blocks.  This didn't really matter before
because the only builder usage was idiv, which other users of
lower_int_to_float were probably never hitting.

ce4064fe2f nir/ lower_int_to_float: Handle umax and umin
8e1b75b3 introduced umax/umin in order to lower iand/ior for (n)eq zero.
That breaks the lower_int_to_float pass, because umax and umin weren't
handled there.

Tested with lima. The other users of nir_lower_int_to_float
(etnaviv, freedreno) should also have that issue.

f387c2b238 nir: remove bool lowering from lower_int_to_float
Removes the bool_to_float logic from the int_to_float pass, so that both
can be used separately. By having separate passes we have better validation
and it makes it possible to use with the lower_ftrunc option (int lowering
generates ftrunc, but lower_ftrunc generates bools, ftrunc lowering should
probably be reworked). For now we always expect lower_bool to come after
lower_int.

Also fixes f2i32 to become ftrunc and adds u2f/f2u cases.

f2dc0f2872 nir: Drop imov/fmov in favor of one mov instruction
The difference between imov and fmov has been a constant source of
confusion in NIR for years.  No one really knows why we have two or when
to use one vs. the other.  The real reason is that they do different
things in the presence of source and destination modifiers.  However,
without modifiers (which many back-ends don't have), they are identical.
Now that we've reworked nir_lower_to_source_mods to leave one abs/neg
instruction in place rather than replacing them with imov or fmov
instructions, we don't need two different instructions at all anymore.

443c5a3cd6 nir: add int_to_float lowering pass
This new pass lowers ints and bools to floats. It allows hardware
that doesn't have native integers (e.g. Mali4x0) use the same
code paths as modern hardware.

It uses newly introduced pass to gather SSA types and should be
used as late as possible.
