When dumping nir validation errors, flush stderr before
calling abort. Otherwise the errors might not be emitted.

Annotating ssa defs without affecting compilation is impossible with
debug info instructions since referencing a nir_def from the debug info
instr will add uses.
The old approach also stops worrking if passes reorder instructions.
This patch proposes a solution which should not regress performance just
like the old approach. The difference is that this one allocates a bit
more space for debug info instead of adding a new instruction for it.

load_attribute_pan is a panfrost-specific intrinsic for loading
vertex attributes. Takes explicit vertex and instance IDs which
we need in order to implement vertex attribute divisor with
non-zero base instance on v9+.
Passes which are used by panvk are modified to be aware of
load_attribute_pan.

This is needed for implementing multiview in panvk, where the address
calculation for multiview outputs is not well-represented by lowering to
nir_intrinsic_store_output with a single offset.
The case where a variable is both per-view and per-{vertex,primitive} is
now unsupported. This would come up with drivers implementing
NV_mesh_shader or using nir_lower_multiview on geometry, tessellation,
or mesh shaders. No drivers currently do either of these. There was some
code that attempted to handle the nested per-view case by unwrapping
per-view/arrayed types twice, but it's unclear to what extent this
actually worked.
ANV and Turnip both rely on per-view outputs being assigned a unique
driver location for each view, so I've added on option to configure that
behavior rather than removing it.

AGX has limited border colour hardware. To support full
customBorderColorWithoutFormat semantics, we're forced to emulate in shaders at
a substantial performance penalty. Actually, that's needed just to pass CTS
because of other hardware issues stacking on top of each others... Hooray!
Add the texops we need to facilitate efficient custom border colour lowering.

We don't check the sizes for ALU srcs, which is the hot path here, so split out
that simplified version for ALU instructions to use, while deriving a sized
version for other kinds of instructions.

Instead, check it at the call sites when actually required (basically just
intrinsics), reducing the branching required when not (ALU validation, the
hottest of hot paths for CI).
IMHO this is more obvious too.

Nothing should ever be reading them, they logically do not exist. So there's no
point validating them, especially when the validation in question is so useless
(just checking the bit width, without any semantic awareness). Yet now that we
support vec16, this loop is quite hot even on scalar ISAs, and rather
pointlessly so. Just remove it and bring the ALU src validation complexity to
O(# of channels in source) instead of O(max # of channels in NIR).

Profiling showed that maintaining this ssa_srcs set consumes ~3% of CTS time
with a debugoptimized build. Unfortunately, we really do benefit from getting
this coverage in CI. So rather than remove the validation, let's optimize the
data structure used so we can keep the coverage at a fraction of the cost.
The expensive piece is the pointer set, which is backed by a relatively
expensive hash table. It would be much cheaper to use an invasive set instead,
with a single "present" bit. We don't want to bloat nir_src for this, however
there's an easy solution: use a tagged pointer to steal a bit in the nir_src for
the job. We untag everything at the end of validation (and this meta-invariant
is asserted with an auxiliary counter), so while we mutate the IR while
validating, the mutations do not escape nir_validate.
We tag the parent pointer and not the def pointer, because it is dramatically
less used and therefore has far fewer disrupted call sites.
The M1 job is improved from 3:03 to 2:55 of deqp-runner reported time, which is
excellent.

First, we need to give the parent_instr field a unique name to be able to
replace with a helper. We have parent_instr fields for both nir_src and
nir_def, so let's rename nir_src::parent_instr in preparation for rework.
This was done with a combination of sed and manual fix-ups.
