666647acae nir: track some float controls bits per instruction
With float_controls2, shaders can decide on the behavior of
NaN/Inf/SignedZero preservation by decorating specific instructions, on
top of having a default for the whole program.
Add where to track these to nir_alu_instr and propagate them to new
instructions everywhere that exact is being done already.

v2: use less bits for fp_fast_math in nir_alu_instr (Alyssa)

c39896b17b nir: Use getters for nir_src::parent_*
First, we need to give the parent_instr field a unique name to be able to
replace with a helper. We have parent_instr fields for both nir_src and
nir_def, so let's rename nir_src::parent_instr in preparation for rework.

This was done with a combination of sed and manual fix-ups.

Then we use semantic patches plus manual fixups:

6c1d32581a nir: Drop nir_alu_dest
Instead, we replace it directly with nir_def. We could replace it with
nir_dest but the next commit gets rid of that so this avoids unnecessary
churn. Most of this commit was generated by sed:

   sed -i -e 's/dest.dest.ssa/def/g' src/**/*.h src/**/*.c src/**/*.cpp

There were a few manual fixups required in the nir_legacy.c and
nir_from_ssa.c as nir_legacy_reg and nir_parallel_copy_entry both have a
similar pattern.

140f53e646 Revert "nir: replace lower_ffma and fuse_ffma with has_ffma"
This reverts commit 939ddf3f67.

Intel has a separate pass for fusing FFMAs selectively. We split
these flags in commit 1b72c31e1f and
the reasoning still stands. The patch being reverted was just a
cleanup, so there should be no issue with reverting it.

9aadd5d688 nir/compiler: keep same bit size when lowering with flrp
This was probably not caught before because no supported test was
exercising the flrp lowering with other bit size different than 32.

With the arrival of VK_KHR_shader_float_controls we will have some of

like:

6698d861a5 nir/flrp: Lower flrp(a, b, c) differently if another flrp(a, _, c) exists
This doesn't help on Intel GPUs now because we always take the
"always_precise" path first. It may help on other GPUs, and it does
prevent a bunch of regressions in "intel/compiler: Don't always require
precise lowering of flrp".

No changes on any Intel platform. Before a number of large rebases this
helped cycles in a couple shaders on Iron Lake and GM45.

158370ed2a nir/flrp: Add new lowering pass for flrp instructions
This pass will soon grow to include some optimizations that are
difficult or impossible to implement correctly within nir_opt_algebraic.
It also include the ability to generate strictly correct code which the
current nir_opt_algebraic lowering lacks (though that could be changed).

v2: Document the parameters to nir_lower_flrp. Rebase on top of
