eaa0c74142 glsl: Use ir_var_temporary for compiler generated temporaries 
These few places were using ir_var_auto for seemingly no reason.  The
names were not added to the symbol table.

No change Valgrind massif results for a trimmed apitrace of dota2.

122c3b9486 glsl/i965: move lower_offset_array up to GLSL compiler level. 
This lowering pass will be useful for gallium drivers as well, in order to support
the GL TG4 oddity that is textureGatherOffsets.
