b9be119a3f Run PKG_CHECK_MODULES on slim. 
Require slim.
Mark hidden. (PixRegionCopy, PixRegionUnion): Mark hidden.
Include and use X11/Xfuncproto.h. Include slim_{export,import}.h as appropriate. Mark all functions with __external_linkage.
Rename include protect to _PIXREGIONINT_H_.

e97cfd5eae Made all changes necessary to abandon the Xc library, (sucking the functionality up into cairo_surface_t instead). Eliminated most of the remaining X datatypes (XFixed, XPointFixed, XLineFixed, XTrapezoid).
