Olivier Fourdan f2b346f9ba vidmode: remove redundant DIX function ... The API signature of the DIX xf86VidModeGetGammaRampSize() is now identical to the xf86cmap's xf86GetGammaRampSize() and all it does is actually call xf86GetGammaRampSize() so we can save one vfunc. Remove uneeded xf86VidModeGetGammaRampSize() function.
