Alexander Gottwald 92c4bcb65d removed GetActiveWindow hack calling attach and unattach at different ... places. blender and tuxkart now work (sort of) failing SetPixelFormat is not a failure anymore. SetPixelFormat can only be called once per window.		2004-03-14 15:34:33 +00:00
