exevents.c: In function 'DeliverEmulatedMotionEvent':
exevents.c:1480:13: warning: logical 'or' of collectively exhaustive
tests is always true [-Wlogical-op]

The relevant snippet of exevents.c:

1479         if (ti->listeners[0].type != LISTENER_POINTER_REGULAR ||
1480             ti->listeners[0].type != LISTENER_POINTER_GRAB)
1481             return;

This condition was always true, causing dropped motion events.

					X Server

The X server accepts requests from client applications to create windows,
which are (normally rectangular) "virtual screens" that the client program
can draw into.

Windows are then composed on the actual screen by the X server
(or by a separate composite manager) as directed by the window manager,
which usually communicates with the user via graphical controls such as buttons
and draggable titlebars and borders.
