George Staplin 6eb33bc0cb XQuartz: GL: Remove the inclusion of glcontextmodes.h. 
Add some commentary about future directions needed for the GLX drawable
creation and destruction code.

Match xalloc with xfree.

I made some minor formatting improvements.
