Alan Coopersmith bc7ee8d6ad meson: fix build if shmfence is enabled but dri3 & xwayland are not ... glamor_sync.c calls miSyncShmScreenInit if HAVE_XSHMFENCE is defined, but it was only being built if either dri3 or xwayland were enabled.
