6c04f94f3b mi: unexport miPointerWarpCursor()
Not used by any known drivers, so no need to keep it exported.

4aadbeb8aa dix: unexport cursor refcounting functions
These aren't used externally (drivers/modules), thus no need to export them.

6557286084 xfree86: use own dev-privates key for per-screen cursor
Since it's storing an locally defined (ddx-internal) data, it's better
not to abuse some globally defined key for this.

It just happened to work before, since CursorScreenKey is only used by DDX
(and there's only one DDX per executable) and they currently (!) have the
same size (pointer) - but that's a fragile programming style, so clean it up.

919f1f46fc xfree86: Take second reference for SavedCursor in xf86CursorSetCursor
The same pointer is kept in CurrentCursor as well, therefore two
RefCursor calls are needed.

Fixes use-after-free after switching VTs.

7ae221ad57 hw/xfree86: Avoid cursor use after free
During a VT-Switch a raw pointer to the shared cursor object
is saved which is then freed (in case of low refcount) by a call to
xf86CursorSetCursor with argument pCurs = NullCursor.
This leads to a dangling pointer which can follow in a use after free.

This fix ensures that there is a shared handle saved for the VT-Switch cycle.
