f4c84e7dbf Fix for http://xprint.freedesktop.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=940 
- Filter /etc/init.d/xprint throught CPP/|MakeScriptFromCpp()| to allow
    platform-specific customisation.
