dix: avoid memory leak in ProcListProperties()

 warning[-Wanalyzer-malloc-leak]: leak of ‘pAtoms’

Can happen if, and only if, XaceHookPropertyAccess() blocks access
to all properties, so that numProps ends up zero on the second loop.
