kdrive: Fix linking with tslib, with -Wl, --as-needed. #30600

Browse source 
Change the library order in TSLIB_LIBS variable, placing ${TSLIB_LIBS}
after the local static libraries. This fixes linking with
-Wl,--as-needed.
