Alan Coopersmith 3389416e4c config: replace deprecated AC_OUTPUT file list with AC_CONFIG_FILES 
Regroup AC statements under the Autoconf initialization section.
Regroup AM statements under the Automake initialization section.
Add missing AC_CONFIG_SRCDIR

				X Resource Extension

This extension defines a protocol that allows a client to query the  X  server
about its usage of various resources.
