Pauli Virtanen baa0940d8b bluez: disable auto-connect by default 
Disable bluez5.auto-connect.

It makes PW to try connect to all locally known BT audio devices on
start, which is in general not a good thing to do.

Some BT adapters are not capable of simultaneous audio streaming and
scanning for connections (e.g Raspberry Pi builtin BT, probably more),
so audio stutters until adapter/kernel give up trying to connect to
devices that cannot be reached.

Disabling it makes devices to not reconnect on user VT switch, but also
that we should only do for devices that were connected when logind
switched.

WirePlumber is a modular session / policy manager for
`PipeWire <https://pipewire.org>`_ and a GObject-based high-level library
that wraps PipeWire's API, providing convenience for writing the daemon's
modules as well as external tools for managing PipeWire.

The WirePlumber daemon implements the session & policy management service.
It follows a modular design, having plugins that implement the actual
management functionality.

The WirePlumber Library provides API that allows you to extend the WirePlumber
daemon, to write management or status tools for PipeWire
(apps that don't do actual media streaming) and to write custom session managers
for embedded devices.
