George Kiagiadakis 5069ce5eb9 wireplumber.conf: disable bluez monitor by default 
- because it conflicts with pulseaudio and we actually still want
  pipewire to be able to run along pulseaudio on default setups
- and because it doesn't work well yet

WirePlumber

WirePlumber is a modular session / policy manager for PipeWire and a GObject-based high-level library that wraps PipeWire's API, providing convenience for writing the daemon's modules as well as external tools for managing PipeWire.
