018ccb9ce6 po: Add translations from pipewire 
The messages currently used in Wireplumber are also found in pipewire,
so merge translations from there.

bbe9ac00f3 modules: add m-i18n 
Add simple gettext i18n module.

Add Lua script API functions I18n.gettext, I18n.ngettext.
