Pekka Paalanen 0e7ac28352 libweston: give weston_views a simple name ... Views did not have any identification of their own, except the memory address "%p" (not human-readable) and very likely assumption that a surface would have only one view (but we support multiple views). For trace and debug print purposes, give views nice names like we just added for surfaces. The owning surface is apparent from the view name.
