Robert Mader b736066dc9 gl-renderer: Simplify EGLImage paths ... Unlike EGL image import, texture creation and binding is quite fast and cheap. Thus, instead of doing it as early as possible in various places, do it right before we actually need it in prepare_textured_draw().
