Robert Mader 90a3e2fd5a backend-drm: Add command-line option to disable state reuse ... Add `--disable-drm-state-reuse`, forcing a DRM state rebuild on every frame. This can be handy in for debugging with `weston-debug drm-backend`. In order to disencentivize usage as a workaround in case of bugs, require `--debug` to be enabled as well.
