Derek Foreman 777a52ef4d Revert "desktop-shell: Add a placeholder curtain on new outputs" ... This reverts commit 0ff5ac0f7b. Now that we have a way to prevent repaints of empty scene graphs from the shells, remove the curtains and just have our first paint be proper content.
