color: TF bt1886 implies BT.2035 lum

Browse source 
Each one of BT.709, BT.601, and BT.2020 refer to BT.1886 as the
reference display characteristic, and BT.2035 as the reference viewing
environment.

Use the values from BT.2035 as the default luminance values.
The minimum luminance is the worst case allowed by BT.2035.
