color: reference the color-and-hdr repository

Browse source 
This serves two purposes: one is to direct people at the repository to
understand color management, digital color and the protocol design. The
other is to make the glossary the authority on the terms we use in the
protocol.

samples and more.
The terminology used in this protocol is based on common color science and
color encoding terminology where possible. The glossary in the color-and-hdr
repository shall be the authority on the definition of terms in this
protocol.
