Peter Wu f8104a112e rules: support Logitech Unifying in Linux 3.19 
Linux 3.19 changed the way in which devices get registered by
introducing a hid-logitech-hidpp module. The driver name therefore needs
to be adjusted.

UPower
===============

Requirements:

   glib-2.0         >= 2.6.0
   gio-2.0          >= 2.16.1
   dbus-1           >= 1.0
   dbus-glib-1      >= 0.76
   gudev-1.0        >= 001
   libusb

UPower is an abstraction for enumerating power devices,
listening to device events and querying history and statistics.
Any application or service on the system can access the
org.freedesktop.UPower service via the system message bus.
