Peter Wu f3dfc1ea83 daemon: fix memleak in queue_changed_property 
The control of value is transferred to up_daemon_queue_changed_property,
let it release the memory when an error occurs.

UPower
===============

Requirements:

   glib-2.0         >= 2.6.0
   gio-2.0          >= 2.16.1
   dbus-1           >= 1.0
   dbus-glib-1      >= 0.76
   gudev-1.0        >= 001
   libusb

UPower is an abstraction for enumerating power devices,
listening to device events and querying history and statistics.
Any application or service on the system can access the
org.freedesktop.UPower service via the system message bus.
