Martin Pitt b8fe9902f3 linux: Clamp percentage for overfull batteries 
Some batteries report energy > energy_full and a percentage ("capacity"
attribute) > 100%. Clamp these within 0 and 100% for both plausibility as well
as to avoid setting an out-of-range property which would then become 0%.

UPower
===============

Requirements:

   glib-2.0         >= 2.6.0
   gio-2.0          >= 2.16.1
   dbus-1           >= 1.0
   dbus-glib-1      >= 0.76
   gudev-1.0        >= 001
   polkit-gobject-1 >= 0.91
   libusb

UPower is an abstraction for enumerating power devices,
listening to device events and querying history and statistics.
Any application or service on the system can access the
org.freedesktop.UPower service via the system message bus.
