Martin Pitt a1fe30811d Linux integration tests: check energy vs. charge 
So far the test cases only covered drivers which reported energy (µWh). Add
checks that the Energy* properties are correct, and add a test case for drivers
which report charge (µAh).

UPower
===============

Requirements:

   glib-2.0         >= 2.6.0
   gio-2.0          >= 2.16.1
   dbus-1           >= 1.0
   dbus-glib-1      >= 0.76
   gudev-1.0        >= 001
   polkit-gobject-1 >= 0.91
   libusb

UPower is an abstraction for enumerating power devices,
listening to device events and querying history and statistics.
Any application or service on the system can access the
org.freedesktop.UPower service via the system message bus.
