João Paulo Rechi Vita a074a5462a daemon: Make comment more succinct 
This will help make it more clear when adding an extra state on the
following commit. It also makes the language consistent between the
different lines. There are no changes on the meaning of these lines nor
any functional changes on this commit.

UPower
===============

Requirements:

   glib-2.0             >= 2.34.0
   gio-2.0              >= 2.16.1
   gudev-1.0            >= 147    (Linux)
   libusb-1.0           >= 1.0.0  (Linux)
   libimobiledevice-1.0 >= 0.9.7  (optional)

UPower is an abstraction for enumerating power devices,
listening to device events and querying history and statistics.
Any application or service on the system can access the
org.freedesktop.UPower service via the system message bus.
