Peter Wu 9fefbcb087 hidpp: do not print warnings if device is offline 
This reduces spam in stderr (which is logged to the systemd journal).

UPower
===============

Requirements:

   glib-2.0         >= 2.6.0
   gio-2.0          >= 2.16.1
   dbus-1           >= 1.0
   dbus-glib-1      >= 0.76
   gudev-1.0        >= 001
   polkit-gobject-1 >= 0.91
   libusb

UPower is an abstraction for enumerating power devices,
listening to device events and querying history and statistics.
Any application or service on the system can access the
org.freedesktop.UPower service via the system message bus.
